As an international company with sites across the UK and Japan, all translations for Ishida now go through one centralised department and are then passed to ALM.

Ishida first contacted ALM in 2006 regarding the quality of their existing translations; ALM has since worked with their numerous departments and offices around the world to improve their entire translation process from cradle to grave.

By introducing Ishida to translation memory software, ALM has significantly reduced their costs whilst ensuring consistency across all projects.

ALM now translates all Ishida software, user manuals, contracts and general documents in 23 languages, including Farsi and Arabic, as well as completing all of Ishida's Desk Top Publishing in Framemaker via Trados (translation memory).

Combining experience with a wealth of Project Management skills allows ALM to simultaneously manage several projects of varying types and sizes.
